NRHS has strong and well established governance structures with a diverse Board of Directors and a competent Management Team.
This team head a dynamic team of administrative as well as programme and research staff. The administrative department is comprised of front office, finance, procurement and stores, transport, security and IT staff. The programmes department is comprised of front office, counselling, clinical, hygiene and monitoring and evaluation staff and each programme is headed by a project coordinator. The research department is comprised of front office, counselling, clinical, hygiene, data management, quality control and each research study is headed by a study coordinator.
